NPower provides free 16-22 week training in IT and cybersecurity for young adults (18-25) and military veterans of all ages. The program includes industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+), professional development, career coaching, mentoring, and job placement assistance. 80% of NPower graduates get a full-time job or continue their education. Received $1M grants from Truist Foundation to expand in North Carolina.
