The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Dislocated Worker program provides free career training, counseling, and support services for workers who have lost jobs due to economic changes, technology displacement, or company closures. Services include training vouchers (Individual Training Accounts), career counseling, job search assistance, childcare, and transportation support. Available nationwide through American Job Centers. FY2026 funding was preserved through the Consolidated Appropriations Act signed February 3, 2026.
